Our attorneys have extensive experience defending employers in cases involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We regularly counsel clients on best practices for mitigating the risk of litigation through proactive measures and counseling, however claims are often a part of running a business. When disputes arise, we stand ready to defend employers in matters regarding wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour actions, breach of employment contracts, collective and class actions and employment-related lawsuits against former employees and other businesses, including those involving non-compete agreements.
Leveraging our longstanding relationships with employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) providers, we collaborate with clients and their carriers to successfully defend claims.
