When disputes arise, we stand ready to defend employers in matters regarding wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour actions, breach of employment contracts, collective and class actions and employment-related lawsuits against former employees and other businesses, including those involving non-compete agreements.
Leveraging our longstanding relationships with employment practices liability insurance (EPLI) providers, we collaborate with clients and their carriers to successfully defend claims.
