On Tuesday, October 8th, Laner Muchin attorneys Kyle Geiger and Eileen Lysaught offered valuable perspectives on current trends in corporate and commercial litigation in a CLE webinar, “Trending Topics in Commercial Transactions and Litigation for 2024.”
Kyle and Eileen provided key information and upcoming deadlines related to the Corporate Transparency Act and shared an analysis of trending commercial litigation disputes. Kyle and Eileen also provided valuable insight on best methods to prevent disputes in the form of contract drafting, such as including restrictive covenants in employment agreements, and transferring risk through indemnification, insurance and limitation of liability provisions.
