Overview
Caitlin Manganelli joined Laner Muchin in 2023. She represents private and public sector management clients in matters arising under a broad range of federal, state and local employment laws.
Caitlin also represents unionized employers in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, interest arbitration and mediation. In addition, Caitlin regularly counsels employers on day-to-day employment issues, performs workplace investigations, reviews personnel policies and conducts management training on discrimination and harassment prevention.
Prior to joining Laner Muchin, Caitlin worked as an associate at a boutique employment law firm in the greater Chicago area, where she gained experience handling traditional labor and employment litigation matters.
