Laner Muchin Attorneys William Wake and Darin Williams Elected to Partnership
Laner Muchin is proud to announce William Wake and Darin Williams have been elevated to Partners in the firm effective January 1, 2021.

Will regularly advises public and private employers in compliance matters involving state and federal employment laws, defends clients in discrimination, wage and hour and employment tort law cases, and represents clients in mediations and fact-finding conferences before the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition, Will advises employers on internal investigations and drafts key employment compliance policies for a wide variety of clients.
Darin focuses his practice on private and public sector employment litigation as well as employment counseling and transactional work. He represents employers before state and federal courts and government agencies in a variety of areas including public labor relations, employment discrimination, civil rights, wage and hour, and employment-based contract and torts claims. Darin is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Chicago Chapter of the American Bar Association, and serves as Vice Chair of the Raising the Bar Subcommittee.
