Laner Muchin Associates Jolianne Alexander and Amber Lukowicz will discuss diversity and inclusion in the practice of law at an upcoming Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE) webinar on June 28.
In the webinar, Jolianne and Amber will examine federal and state anti-discrimination laws and their impact on the legal profession, as guided by the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 8.4(j). They will detail the historical background of anti-discrimination laws, recent legislation and social movements to build upon DEI efforts in the workplace and various pertinent case studies.
