Joe Gagliardo to Share Management Liability Insights at CLM Focus Event
Laner Muchin Senior Counsel Joe Gagliardo will discuss pertinent management liability considerations at the 2022 CLM Focus: June event on June 15.
Joe will be joined by Kevin O'Connor from Peckar and Abramson, PC, Kristen O'Neill from Hanover Insurance and Laura Zaroski from Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to examine management liability as it relates to remote working, vaccines, COVID-19 and employer obligations under the ADA and state equivalents.
The panel will provide an ADA overview, including regulatory changes and case law that will affect remote working requests. They will also summarize unique issues related to vaccination programs in current work environments and recommend best practices for documenting correlating issues.
