Withdrawal Liability Session

William Daniels is an attorney at Laner Muchin, Ltd., in the Firm’s Employee Benefits Department where he works with corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, multiemployer plans and tax-exempt entities and organizations. As part of the Red Diamond Congress Education Day, Mr. Daniels will present a session on Withdrawal Liability on Monday, April 25, 2016, at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World. This session will help demystify withdrawal liability and provide some rudimentary strategies for dealing with such liability.
