Laner Muchin and partner Michael Kuczwara Jr. proudly sponsored Kankakee Valley Park District’s and Paddle Together’s 2024 Inaugural Smashing Alzheimer’s Pickleball Event & Tournament, which took place on July 13 and 14 at Beckman Park in Kankakee, IL.
Alzheimer’s disease profoundly affects millions, with nearly seven million Americans currently living with this devastating condition. The funds raised from this event go towards aiding vital research efforts aimed at treating and finding a cure for this disease that so deeply affects many communities.
Paddle Together Pickleball is a vibrant group of over 410 pickleball enthusiasts from Kankakee County. Their focus is on promoting the sport of pickleball and hosing charity tournaments throughout the year at various municipal parks and venues in and around Kankakee County, IL.
