On Tuesday, October 8th, Laner Muchin Of Counsel Kyle Geiger and Eileen Lysaught will provide valuable insights on trending topics in corporate and commercial litigation.
During the webinar, “Trending Topics in Commercial Transactions and Litigation for 2024,” Kyle and Eileen will explore key updates in corporate and commercial law and review best practices for The Corporate Transparency Act and common contract disputes in commercial litigation, as well as how to prevent contract disputes in contract drafting.
