Chicago, IL – Laner Muchin attorney Violet M. Clark presented on the Americans with Disabilities Act at the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association’s (NFD&MA) Annual meeting on April 24, 2018 in Atlantic City.
Clark’s presentation provided an overview of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it relates to businesses and employers and as public accommodations. The presentation also addressed the emerging issue that businesses face of ensuring that their websites allow individuals with disabilities to enjoy the full and equal enjoyment of their services.
Clark collaborates with CEOs and their management teams to design strategies to ensure their businesses achieve their goals regarding all aspects of human resources management and avoid labor and employment liability. She has more than three decades of experience representing for profit and non-profit companies of all sizes and industries and working with and for government and regulatory bodies from local to federal.
