Laner Muchin Attorney, Jeremy Edelson, presented a webinar titled "Employment Law and COVID-19. What Employers Need to Know" to the Kankakee Area Human Resources Managers’ Association (KAHRMA) on March 9, 2021. Presentation topics included legal issues surrounding the COVID-19 vaccine, employee relations, and workplace safety during the pandemic.
Edelson regularly counsels and defends employers with regard to numerous state and federal labor and employment laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Illinois Human Rights Act.
