Chicago, IL – Laner Muchin partner Rob Bernstein presented “A Deep Dive into the Family First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)” to the Coalition of Franchisee Associations via webinar on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
The webinar provided an overview of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA); including the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act, Expanded Family Medical Leave Act, the Small Business Exemption and the required notice/poster all covered franchisees should be displaying in their locations.
