David Cascio regularly litigates substantial-exposure and high-stakes employment litigation claims, including, but not limited to, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour lawsuits, and employment related torts, such as wrongful discharge, wrongful terminations, and other torts based before state and federal courts and, where applicable, before local, state and federal administrative agencies.
Kevin Frey focuses his practice on representing public and private sector employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies in all types of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation litigation, wage and hour and wage payment claims, civil rights and constitutional claims, whistleblower claims, and employment contracts disputes involving trade secrets restrictive covenants.
Michael Kuczwara, Jr., concentrates on representing public and private sector employers in numerous areas of labor and employment law, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and interest arbitrations. He also represents employers before administrative agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Illinois Department of Labor. Additionally, he represents public employers in representation petitions and unfair labor practice charges filed before the Illinois Labor Relations Board and National Labor Relations Board.
