Changes are coming to the federal overtime regulations effective January 1, 2020, including an increase to the salary threshold requirement for an employee to be considered exempt. IHLA's Strategic Partner, Rob Bernstein discussed the Department of Labor's final overtime rule and what hoteliers need to know to be prepared for the new regulations and ensure they are in compliance.
