Immigration Partner Eileen Momblanco Served as a Panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Fall Employment-Based Conference
Chicago, IL – Immigration Partner Eileen Momblanco served as a panelist at the American Immigration Lawyers Association Fall Employment-Based Conference, held on November 8, 2019 at the Chicago Bar Association.
The conference, titled “The Only Constant is Change,” featured a variety of immigration-related topics including Changing H-1B Standards, Corporate Changes and PERM Audits. Momblanco and her fellow panelists discussed the topic, “Where Immigration and Employment Law Meet.”
Momblanco has devoted her career to the practice of immigration law; she has focused her practice on employment-based immigration law and has represented many large, multinational companies located throughout the U.S.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter, and is the Chair of the Immigration Section of the Federal Bar Association, Chicago Chapter. She also currently serves on the National Liaison Committee for the USCIS California Service Center for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
