Chicago, IL – Violet Clark presented at the Illinois Ambulatory Surgery Center Association’s 2019 Annual Meeting which took place September 24 – 25, 2019 at the Sheraton Lisle Naperville in Lisle, Illinois.
Clark spoke on means a few things every employer needs to know about how to prevent discrimination and harassment in the workplace. She specifically focused how to claims of sexual harassment and strategies for accommodating disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Clark collaborates with CEOs and their management teams to design strategies to ensure their businesses achieve their goals regarding all aspects of human resources management and avoid labor and employment liability.
