Joe Gagliardo Presented At The 15th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit
Chicago, IL – Joe Gagliardo presented on a panel at the 15th Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit – Fall Session which took place September 24 – 25, 2019 at the Mohegan Sun Hotel & Convention Center in Uncasville, CT.
Gagliardo was part of a panel titled, “50 Years Since Stonewall – the Status of LGBT Rights, The Supreme Court, The Equality Act and Corporate Initiatives.”
Gagliardo has counseled and represented private and public employers in a broad range of employment and labor matters. His experience includes litigating complex individual and class action claims in the state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, labor boards and arbitrators. He also serves as an arbitrator in employment and commercial disputes.
