Chicago, IL – Laner Muchin attorney Violet Clark presented at the 2018 National Aging Services Risk Management conference on October 17, 2018 in Chicago.
Clark’s presentation focused on the importance of having and following policies and procedures. In addition, she began to unravel the legal issues surrounding the interplay between the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Workers’ Compensation laws.
Clark collaborates with CEOs and their management teams to design strategies to ensure their businesses achieve their goals regarding all aspects of human resources management and avoid labor and employment liability.
