New Version Of Form I-9 Required For All Employers Beginning September 18, 2017

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently released a revised version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification. Employers are required to start using this revised version (with a revision date of 07/17/17) beginning September 18, 2017. With this new version, minor changes were made to the instructions to the Form I-9 and the List of Acceptable I-9 documents.
