Samantha K. Buddig

Samantha joined Laner Muchin in 2021 and focuses her practice on employment counseling and transactional matters and labor management relations.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2021, Samantha worked as a law clerk for the firm throughout law school. She regularly counsels employers in both the public and private sectors in matters such as labor management relations, employment litigation and day-to-day employment issues. She advises clients on how to best comply with local, state and federal labor and employment laws through preventative counseling and trainings focusing on preventing discrimination, harassment and retaliation in the workplace. Samantha also works with clients to draft and implement workplace policies and employee handbooks.

As a law student, Samantha was part of the Labor & Employment Law Society and received the Sandra P. Zemm Labor and Employment Law Prize, which is awarded to a student who demonstrates an outstanding commitment to employer advocacy in labor and employment matters.
