Lauren Cook

Lauren Cook joined Laner Muchin in 2024. She concentrates her practice in business immigration, representing employers of all sizes and industries who seek to sponsor foreign nationals and their families under a broad range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa categories.

Lauren works with employers to develop effective strategies for business immigration while ensuring compliance with applicable immigration and labor laws. She has experience handling immigration matters before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State.

Prior to joining Laner Muchin, Lauren worked as an associate at a boutique immigration law firm in the Chicago area where she handled both employment and family-based immigration matters.
